No real post today, folks. Sorry. Not only have I been more involved with hurricane tracking, an incident came up at work that’s left me rather depressed and, frankly, seriously angry. I don’t even feel like writing a short review of The Infernal Devices: Clockwork Angel. I got to read it before it was even released and I don’t feel like bragging about it. Not that there’s much to brag about, but it’s one of the very few perks my current job offers.
The only light in this situation is that I’m more motivated than ever to find another job. But at the same time, I just want to mope before I even think about sending my resumé out again.
Obviously, with the storm coming this way, I probably won’t be able to post Friday. So I’ll come up with something short and sweet on Monday.
No post today, folks. Today, I’m getting two teeth drilled and filled, and I doubt I’ll have the desire to write anything, even my own novel. So check in Wednesday where I’ll reveal the results of my clothing research. Exciting!

No more waiting five minutes for Firefox and Verizon VZAccess to load. No more stalled applications. No more outdated software. And I’ll be reunited with all my dirty celebrity photos!
Well, I would be if I could undelete them from the hard drive.
Just kidding, I never had dirty celeb photos. I’m not nearly pervy enough to seek out lewd pictorial evidence of celebrities engaging in acts that normal, everyday people such as myself engage in.
Yawn… almost midnight and I still haven’t finished the blog post. Not to worry. An update is still scheduled for this week. I’m just playing my favorite game right now: Get Easily Distracted by Leisure Research.
If it’s not Newfoundland recipes, it’s Newfoundlanders. You’ll find out more tomorrow. But suffice it to say, some of these meals look fantastic. Too bad there aren’t moose in North Carolina. I’d bag one and chop it into a stew.

I’ve noticed that I’m getting quite a few subscribers lately. Good. At least people are reading this blog.
But I understand that there are some folks out there hoping to spam this thing. Usually, these people or robots sign up with bizarre names. Names with too many consonants and numbers or the word “User” in them come to mind.
So if you don’t want to be deleted, choose a decent name.
